Refunds/Return POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of Doll Society products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your size, color, and shipping information before completing your purchase. Doll Society is not responsible for incorrect sizes, incorrect addresses, or orders placed by mistake.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
